AQTF Compliance Assistance
Utilising my career experience as a chef, knowledge of AQTF requirements through provision of technical knowledge on audits ,and, involvment with TAFE QLD as a trainer and assessor, I can assist your organisation to meet compliance towards AQTF. Private InHome Catering
A romantic dinner for two or special function for 30, I will work closely with dietary requirements, menu compilation, location logistics and timings to ensure your event is one to remember. Utilising the “Contacts Page”, provide some details regarding your event and request a sample menu for your next event or dinner party. Previous client testimonials are available upon request.
Food Safety Supervisor - HACCP Consultation
New legislation under the Food Act Qld 2006 will require that your food service organisation nominates a Food Safety Supervisor from July 1st, 2008. Take the hassle out of adding this to your operational duties and allow me to assist your operation from supplier to customer, ensuring compliance against the Food Act 2006. Coupled with my extensive food handling experience, and qualifications in Integrated Risk Management and Food Safety Management Systems Auditing (HACCP), I have the knowledge and ability to assess best practice food handling techniques required to ensure safe food handling practices.
