I am a career chef with over 24 years experience in the domestic and international hospitality industry and at your service. My knowledge and expertise has been gained throughout a career path spanning various types of operations and organisations from country bistros to exclusive restaurants in London, leading hotels of the world including The Palazzo Versace Hotel on Queensland’s Gold Coast to ski resorts and island retreats.
Now as “The Chef Solution”, I am dedicated to promoting the Hospitality Industry through provision of training and assessment through registered training organisations, industry promotion at careers events such as Worldskills Australia cookery Competitions and Try a Trade exhibitions, exclusive in-home catering, various modes of consultation on commercial cookery training matters and all things food safety with small to medium size businesses including high risk aged care facilities, hospitals, child care centres and catering businesses all utilisating my knowledge and skill to provide supportive and value-adding services nationwide.
